Rail refunds & Exchanges

This form is to request a refund or exchange against an unused rail ticket.

If your request is relating to a Rail Delay Repay, you will need to contact the rail provider directly requesting “vouchers” at time of application. Upon receipt of your vouchers please forward to our Rail Refunds Department and we will process the credit to your company’s account.

If your tickets have been printed and unused, please send them to the address below. We recommend you return tickets via special delivery to ensure tracking and reduce delay. The tickets must be with the Refunds Team within 3 weeks of your original booked travel date.
