Rail refunds & Exchanges

This form is to request a refund or exchange against an unused rail ticket.

If you haven’t checked your rail ticket restrictions, please view the Rail Refunds and Exchanges document for information about some of the most popular Rail Ticket Types.

If your tickets have been printed and unused, please send them to the address below. We recommend you return tickets via special delivery to ensure tracking and reduce delay. The tickets must be with the Refunds Team within 3 weeks of your original booked travel date.
